What is RiderZero?
RiderZero is a tour management platform for managers, production teams and artists. Includes calendar, logistics, flights, hotels and an AI chat that answers about your roadsheet, flights and shows in real time.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan gives read-only access to all team members invited by the organization owner. The owner needs a paid plan to create and edit content.
Can I use RiderZero without internet?
Yes. The installable apps for iOS and Android work offline and sync automatically when connection is restored. Perfect for flights and areas with limited signal.
What devices does it work on?
RiderZero works from any browser on iOS, Android and desktop. It can also be installed as a native app from the browser in one click.
Can I import an itinerary from a PDF?
Yes. RiderZero includes an AI importer that reads roadsheet PDFs. You can also import CSV/Excel or use the optimized prompt for ChatGPT or Claude.
How do I pay from outside Argentina?
You can pay with PayPal (international card or balance) from any country. No PayPal account needed — you can pay by card directly at checkout.

Sign up at riderzero.live and RiderZero creates your organization automatically. If someone invited you with a link, you join their org directly.

Create a tour (or not)
In the Roadsheet tab, tap + New Tour, type a name and done. Dates are optional. You can also add standalone shows without creating a tour first.

Tap + on any calendar day. The form changes based on the type: Show, Flight, Hotel, Transfer, Rehearsal or Day off.

Upload your roadsheet PDF and Gemini extracts shows, flights and hotels with a preview to review before confirming. Also imports CSV/Excel directly.
